Do you know someone who needs to be updated on the parole status of a loved one but does not have access to the internet?  

We often receive requests about how someone who doesn't have access to the internet can find out the parole status of a a friend or family memeber.

If you are getting this information for someone who does not have access to a computer then they have several options:

• If it is PRIOR to the inmate's parole vote by the Board of Pardons and Parole and you know the inmates TDCJ # or the SID # or their date of birth then call (936) 291-2106.
• If it is AFTER the inmate's parole vote by the Board of Pardons and Parole and you know the inmates TDCJ # or the SID # or date of birth then call (512) 406-5202.
• If you are attempting to locate an inmate or obtain general information then call (936) 295-6371 or (800) 535-0283.  You will need the offender's TDCJ or SID number or date of birth.

Just remember, all telephone inquiries require the TDCJ number or the SID number and the exact date of birth before the offender information can be released.
